Level 7 Unit - Leading the Development of Effective Teaching andLearning

This unit will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of different types of curriculum and attainment standards. The learners will understand the role of the Principal/ Head Teacher in creating a positive environment and standards in developing effective teaching and learning. The learners will also get an insight into how data can be used to improve teaching and learning and how policy changes impact on the educational provision.
