Modules

• Contribute to the Identification and Analysis of Organisational Learning Needs (5 Credits, Mandatory)
Understand how organisational context shapes learning and development priorities. Conduct a learning needs analysis at organisational level and agree development actions with stakeholders.
• Manage, Foster and Develop Team Performance (5 Credits, Mandatory)
Apply the principles of team performance management. Conduct analysis, build development plans and support your team to improve.
• Manage and Develop Individual Performance (4 Credits, Mandatory)
Plan and manage individual team member development. Understand performance drivers and build effective individual development plans.
Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for learners typically aged 16 and above. The typical entry profile includes one of the following:
• A Level 3 qualification in Business and Management or a related subject
• A Level 3 qualification in a non-related subject
• Equivalent international qualifications
